You can view and update your billing information at any time from within the Billing Portal.

Updating Billing Information

Step 1: From your community page, click Community Settings and select Subscription Details

Step 2: You will then be able to click on the drop down menu next to the Upgrade Plan toggle. Select Update Billing Information. This will take you to the Billing Portal.

Step 3: From inside the portal, you can add or edit payment and billing information.

Downloading past invoices

Step 1: From the billing portal, scroll down to find the list of charges.

Step 2: Click on the icon next to the date of the charge that you'd like to see an invoice for.

Step 3: The invoice should open in a new window where you can view and download it.
