How do I join a Row?

In each Row there are a certain number of seats. To join a Row, click on the desired seat.

NOTE: Anonymous participants are not able to join a row if they are not signed in.

  • Watch the live or prerecorded video-stream
  • Talk and connect with people without disturbing the stream
  • Join or leave a watch party freely
  • Turn on their microphone and camera
  • Mute/unmute themselves
  • Search for other people online in the Member list

What are Rooms and Tables?

Both serve as breakout rooms are are located in the Lobby

What is the Lobby?

The lobby is where online participants can see tables on screen, see where other members are “seated”, and join or leave a video-conference session with others freely by clicking on any Table or Room. Online participants can be moved in or out of the lobby at any time during the event by a greeter or host. Online participants cannot go into the lobby on their own, a Greeter or Host must change the state of the event first. If a user joins an event while the event is in lobby mode, they will join the lobby.

What's the difference between a Room and a Table?

Rooms and Tables are similar to breakout rooms on other video conference platforms.

Rooms:

  • Up to 500 participants
  • Added to the Lobby during the Event creation process
  • Can be named or edited by any Admin during the Event creation
  • Screen sharing allowed
  • Events Hosts can control mic and camera of all participants in the Room

Tables:

  • Automatically generated in the Lobby based on member tier
  • Can be renamed by any Host or Greeter
  • Hosts and Admins can join a full table
