Have you been sending out your order of service to your members joining online through email or posting it on your website? We have a better option for you! As you create your slides, you can easily create your order of service by selecting which slides should be displayed on your virtual bulletin.
Creating your virtual bulletin
1. Create a new event
2. Add slides
3. One each slide, select whether you want it to be shown on the virtual bulletin by checking the box "Show on Agenda". The Title, Speaker, and Start Time will be displayed. You can edit those at any time on the slides. Remember, the Speaker and Start Time aren't automated when the service is live. They are simply used to help you plan out the service and to populate the virtual bulletin. It won't automate the slides or change presenters on its own.
4. Leave a slide unselected if you don't want it to appear on the virtual bulletin.
5. Once you publish your event, the virtual bulletin will be visible in the event lobby to anyone who clicks on the event link before, during and after the event.
Your virtual bulletin is accessible to everyone joining before, during, and after the event, and it keeps everything organized for your presenters and producer to know who is doing what and when.
