Resetting Your Password from the Homepage
Step 1. Navigate to the Altar Live homepage and click the Login button in the top right-hand corner
Step 2. You can join Altar Live using your Google, Facebook, or email account. Add your desired account and click proceed
Step 3. Click Forgot Password?
Step 4. Type your email into the input field
NOTE: If you don't have access to the email, click the link and reach out to us
Step 5. An email will be sent to your inbox, if you don't receive the email, click the according link and if you input the wrong address, click the second link.
Step 6. Go to your inbox and click the Reset Password button
Step 7. Set your new password and click the Change Password button
Congrats! You have successfully changed your password!
