Meetings are great for small groups, Bible studies, prayer meetings, staff meetings, and more. Recording a Meeting allows Hosts to save and archive their gatherings for future use and accessibility.

 

Who can Record Meetings?

Only Hosts and Admins can start and stop recordings

 

How to Record a Meeting 

Step 1. Create/Host a Meeting 

Step 2. Click on the Host Options in the upper right corner.

Step 3. Select “Recording the Meeting.” 

Step 4.  In the left-hand corner, it will say “Recording in Progress” and the option to stop and start the recording. 

Note: Those who are not Hosts/Admins will see that the recording is in progress, but will not have the option to start/stop the recording.

Step 5. Congrats! You have officially begun recording a Meeting.

How to Save a Recording

Step 1. Once the Meeting has ended or the Recording is stopped, click on the “Download Recording” button in the center of the screen 

Step 2. The recording will begin to download as an mp4 file, you will see its downloading progress

 

How to Access Recordings  

Step 1. Go to the Events and Meetings Page on your Altar Live account

Step 2. Find the desired Meeting 

Step 3. Click on the three dots drop-down menu 

Step 4. Select “Recordings”  

Step 5. Select the desired recording or download all. 

Step 6. When all the selected recordings' downloading is complete the check icon will appear.

Step 7. Congrats! You're recording is downloaded!
