Polls are a great way to break the ice and engage with attendees during services, events, and meetings. This feature is quick and easy to use. You can access the poll panel by clicking on the poll icon on the right side of the screen.


Uses for Polls 

Polls can be used in a multitude of ways. They are a great tool to connect with the audience and break the ice. You can ask fun questions like: “What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?” or use it to find a solution to something like “What day works best for a prayer meeting? 


Who can send a poll? 

Community members who have host or greeter permissions can send announcements to attendees. 


How to create a Poll

Step 1. click on the little icon on the panel on the right side of the screen.

Step 2.  Write your question and choice of answers in the poll panel. 

Step 3. Add a title and choose whether to allow attendees to see the results or not.


Now you are ready to send! Attendees will be able to vote and send their answers in. 



How to see the results

Once you’re ready to close the poll, click Close Poll. Anyone with Host or Greeter permissions can Close or Publish a poll, even if they did not create the poll. If the poll was public, all attendees will also see the results. If the poll was private, only Hosts and Greeters will see the result
