Pre-event slides allow you to show announcements, upcoming events, pre-event information before your event begins. If someone clicks on your event link a few days or hours before the event starts, they will see your pre-event slides on rotation and a countdown timer.
Creating Pre-Event Slides
Step 1: Create an event.
Step 2: When you get to the Pre-event step, select Slide Transition Time from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Upload an image from your computer by clicking on the image area.
Note: Currently, you can add up to 3 images.
Step 3: Once the event is created, join the event by clicking on the event card from the Events & Meetings screen. You will see the slides on rotation.
Step 4: These slides will be displayed along with the countdown timer until a Greeter or Host pushes the event live by clicking on the Go Live button.
