How to Create Pre-Event Slides

Pre-event slides allow you to show announcements, upcoming events, and pre-event information before your event begins. If someone clicks on your event link a few days or hours before the event starts, they will see your pre-event slides on rotation and a countdown timer.

Creating Image Pre-Event Slides

Step 1: Create an event.

Step 2: When you get to the Pre-event step, select Images

Step 3. Select your desired Slide Transition Time from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Upload images from your computer by clicking on the image area.

Step 5: You can re-arrange the images by clicking on the dots in the top left corner of the image and dragging, or remove an image by pressing the x in the top right corner.

Step 6: Once the event is created, join the event by clicking on the event card from the Events & Meetings screen. You will see the slides on rotation. These slides will be displayed along with the countdown timer until a Greeter or Host pushes the event live by clicking on the Go Live button.

Creating Video Pre-Event Slides

Step 1: Create an event.

Step 2: When you get to the Pre-event step, select Video and you will be able to upload a video from your files or paste a URL

Step 3: Decide if you want your video to Loop Playback, Autoplay, or both.

Step 4: Once the event is created, join the event by clicking on the event card from the Events & Meetings screen. You will see the video playing on the screen.
