How to Download and Export Member Lists 

The great thing about Altar Live is that you can download and export member lists so you can keep track of your communities and see who attended your event. 

 

Downloading Members List after an Event or Meeting

NOTE: Admins and any Hosts assigned to an Event have the ability to download the list of logged-in attendees after the Event has ended. The list can be easily downloaded and will include the member’s ID, first and last name, and email address. 

Step 1. Go to your Events and Meetings Page 

Step 2. Select your desired Event/Meeting bubble and click the three dots drop-down menu 

Step 3. Click on “Download Attendance.” 

Step 4. You should now be able to find the attendance list in your downloads

 

Exporting Members List

​​Keeping track of all your members is now easier than ever! Now you can export as many members as you want into a contact list saved on your computer or mobile device. 

 

Step 1. Go to your Members Page 

Step 2. Hover over your desired members and a checkbox will appear

NOTE: You have the option to select all or select members one-by-one on the hover menu 

Step 3. When you select your desired members, a menu will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4. Select the “Export Member List” button and the list will be converted to a .csv file in your downloads
