Why is this happening?

Altar is a web-based platform so it can be affected by extensions installed in your browser. One of these extensions may be blocking Altar.

Alternatively, your browser may have cached an old version of Altar in an attempt to save you time.

How can I fix this?

Here are a few troubleshooting options:

1. Use an incognito window on your browser. Opening an incognito or private window of your browser can give you a clean slate and can help resolve browser-based issues.

2. Try a different browser (we recommend Chrome). If you are experiencing issues on one browser, it might be resolved by switching to another browser.

3. You can whitelist Altar in your extensions to resolve any extension-based issues. You can find tutorials for these common extensions linked below:
