Sometimes, attendees appear to get "lost" between transitions. Don't worry - this problem is easy to solve and can usually be resolved in less than a minute.

What's Happening:

Often, when people get "stuck" or "left behind" after the Host moves everyone into the auditorium, lobby, or room inside an Event or Meeting, it's because their WebSocket connection may have been slow or simply got stuck. This can occur regardless of overall internet speed or machine.

How to Fix it:

A simple refresh of your browser, or closing and re-opening the app should fix this. If one of your guests gets lost, hosts and greeters can chat with anyone, even if they are not signed in.
