Mobile apps release to beta

We have been hard at work getting mobile apps out the door and we are excited to announce mobile apps have been released to beta! If you're interested in getting access, send us a message.

You can now switch between pre-recorded and live video input options.

If you'd like to upload a prerecorded video, we recommend doing so with YouTube. Using YouTube for prerecorded videos allows them to be fully synched in Altar meaning all members will view the video at the same pace.

People who experience internet lag and then reconnect won't disappear from a table or watch party or from the member list

If someone experiences internet disconnection and then reconnects while seated at a table, their name and video will automatically appear again.

Videos are now self-mirrored

If you've spent any time on video conference, you will now notice that your video appears on Altar the same way as it does when looking in a mirror!
