Connecting stream providers to Altar Live

To run an event in Altar Live, you must already be live streaming your service or events. If you are using a stream provider, you can connect to Altar Live in two ways:

  • Directly from a stream provider by embedding their video player into an Altar Live event with iframe code.
  • Indirectly through streaming provider to a video player such as YouTube, Facebook or Vimeo and embedding a stream link or iframe code.

Below are some of the most common live stream providers and guides to connect to Altar Live.

Live stream providers - without video player

If you use one of these live stream providers, send your live stream feed to a video player such as Facebook, YouTube, or Vimeo and connect the live stream url from there to Altar Live. Here are some of the most common live stream providers that do not have their own video player.

These are the live stream providers that have their own video player, and can be shared via livestream url or link into Altar Live. Here are some of the most common live stream providers have their own video player.
